In years past, I was a magnet for any cold, stomach bug, or flu passing through. It was a miracle if I skipped a “season” without getting sick…a miracle that rarely happened. Now I’m excited to say that things are looking up, and I feel like I have this “sick thing” licked! How may you ask? It’s Time To Pamper Your Feet

Yep, that’s right. This lovely night oil is for your cute little toes. Now, I am not on my feet all day like some. But when I am on them it includes teaching dance. And at 34, after a good 15+ years of pointe shoes, they are feeling it! That is why this night oil is amazing. It’s not only immune boosting but pampering as well. I adore it for these three reasons:

  • It contains almond and avocado oils which are great for dry or cracked skin. These oils are rich in vitamins E, A, and D and leave your feet feeling soft and silky.
  • This night oil contains four amazing essential oils. First of all, we have Thieves and Rosemary to boost your immune system. Both have high antimicrobial and antiviral properties helping the body to fight off infections. How To Use Your Immune Boosting Night Oil

My favorite way to use this oil is in a dark, glass roller ball. I fill the container with my oil mixture and then roll the oil on the bottoms of my feet right before bed. Be sure to give them a little massage! I like to follow the Vita Flex Foot Chart paying particular attention to the sinus, lungs, liver, and kidney zones. Finish up with some soft, fuzzy socks. Because you know I’m obsessed with socks! And then you’re ready to rest and let the immune boosting night oil go to work.

I think it’s also important to mention, as always, be caution of the brand of essential oil you use. And I am not just saying this so you will buy my favorite oils! Ingredients

  • 10 ml glass roller bottle
  • 1 tsp almond oil
  • 1/2 tsp avocado oil
  • 4 drops Young Living Thieves Essential Oil
  • 4 drops Lavender Essential Oil
  • 2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
  • 2 drops Rosemary Essential Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small glass bowl.
  2. Use an easy fill pipette (or small funnel) to fill your glass bottle.
  3. Use nightly during cold and flu season
